My name is Skye and I’m from Plattsmouth, Nebraska. You’ve probably never heard of it and that’s kinda the point. I’m 23 years old and have lived here for 14 years of my life. I’ve always had a deep interest in film and cinema as a whole and it wasn’t until I got older that I decided to fully explore that interest in what I’ve decided to call Weekend Movie Night Reviews (a.k.a. the site you’re reading this on right now). That name may sound like I came up with it in 5 minutes and that’s because I did, but I’ve committed to a brand and I’m sticking to it!

Ever since I was a child I’ve always had a goofy personality and have looked for any excuse I can to show it off to the rest of the world which is more or less why this website exists in the first place too. Hopefully we’ll find our personalities to be a good match in the future and I’ll refrain from making too many corn puns. I’m from Nebraska so it’ll happen eventually.

Well I managed to get through the whole about page without one so I’d call that a mission a-corn-plished!
